• Arab National Bank, a Saudi Listed Joint Stock Company was established in 1979 and is currently headquartered in the capital city of Riyadh. 
• ANB is among the top 15 largest banks in MENA region by net income. ANB is 40% owned by Arab Bank Plc and 60% by the Saudi shareholders. 
• ANB enjoys major contribution from Corporate Banking (36%) followed by Treasury Banking (35%) closely. Next to follow are Retail banking (22%), and Investment and Brokerage Services. 
• Despite the continued growth in assets ANB remains well capitalized with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR – 16%) above the required SAMA and BASEL III norm. 
• Net Income grew by 14% in 2014 aided by increases in operating income. Net-interest income which has grown at a CAGR of 15.2% in the past 5 years; rose by 8.51% in 2014. 
• Net Loans rose by 16% in 2014 to reach a value of USD 27.76bn. Asset quality as determined by a low NPL ratio of 3.64% signifies presence of quality assets.   
• The EQ score for ANB has been on the rise in the past two quarters. EQ score jumped from a value of 47 registered in Dec 2013 to 53 in Jun 2014, and further to 84 in Dec 2014.
